Proccessing & Shipping

Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday ( Excluding holidays). Most orders are process within 2-5 business days. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

$6.95 Flat Rate Shipping 

We are proud to offer Flat Rate Shipping for $6.95. Ship as many items as you like to a single address in the lower 48 U.S. states. Flat rate shipping is not available in Canada, HI, AK, PR or other areas outside of the lower 48 U.S. states.

Free Shipping On Orders Over $100 

In an effort to save our customers money on shipping cost, we now offer free shipping on orders over $100.

When ordering, simply select Ground shipping during the checkout process to receive free shipping. You may choose other options that are not included in our special deal.

 International Shipping 

We are pleased to ship items to customers outside the united. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we ship internatioanlly are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for store credit or Exchange  or within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. (See below for important information). 

•   You have 30 days to return  most new, unopened items from the day you received it. This includes items that do not fit or are uncomfortable to wear. 

•   All returns must be unworn, in the condition you received them and must not be altered, damaged or stained in any way.

•   Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

•   If you requested a refund this will be made to your original method of payment (You must request a refund  within 14  days of delivery or a store credit will be issued to you)

•   Unauthorized return packages will be held for 20 days after receipt and then discarded. ( Please do not send unauthorized packages

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

1.) To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account

2.) Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button

3.) In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return  drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action  and Comments  are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.
